RCPD Receives Grant for DUI Program — The Rancho Cordova Post

The $117000 grant was issued by the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Administration and will be used to set up DUI checkpoints and conduct stakeout operations targeting repeat DUI offenders. The grant
began Oct. 1 and will be effective until Sept. 30, 2010. Rancho Cordova has already reduced the number of accidents resulting from drunk driving over the past four Call in News Tips, Sports Scores, Story Ideas, or Event Listings
