  • Holly said,

With the limit being 0.03 for Japan, how does anyone really know if it was actually caused by Drunk Driving?

Do you have the FACTS or just what you read from the papers????

This man you make remarks about was a Retired Chief Petty Officer who went to WAR and served 23 years for his Country being the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Just because you are an ATTORNEY DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE COMMENT ABOUT SOMEONE YOU NEVER KNEW NOR THE FACTS.
